Sessioneer is a small project — there’s no help desk, but we’re happy to help.

Get help

  • Bug reports and general questions: open an issue on GitHub.
  • Privacy questions, or anything you’d rather not share publicly: email russ@bellwoods.ca.

When reporting a bug, it helps to include:

  • iPad model and iPadOS version
  • Sessioneer version (visible in the About tab)
  • Steps to reproduce, and what you saw vs. what you expected

Subscriptions

Sessioneer subscriptions are managed by Apple, not by us.

  • To cancel, change, or refund a subscription, open Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your iPad.
  • For purchase issues — charged twice, didn’t process, etc. — use Apple’s “Report a Problem” page.
