Get help
- Bug reports and general questions: open an issue on GitHub.
- Privacy questions, or anything you’d rather not share publicly: email russ@bellwoods.ca.
When reporting a bug, it helps to include:
- iPad model and iPadOS version
- Sessioneer version (visible in the About tab)
- Steps to reproduce, and what you saw vs. what you expected
Subscriptions
Sessioneer subscriptions are managed by Apple, not by us.
- To cancel, change, or refund a subscription, open Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your iPad.
- For purchase issues — charged twice, didn’t process, etc. — use Apple’s “Report a Problem” page.
